Cette technologie appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 notre m\u00e9tier nous permet d\u2019aller encore plus loin dans le process amont de conception. Les coupleurs H\u00e9risson, notamment avec leur derni\u00e8re version en liaison d&rsquo;ajustement ainsi que les plaques d&rsquo;ancrage PFI (voir\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.armaturis.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.armaturis.com<\/a>), ont permis de supprimer de tr\u00e8s nombreux recouvrements d&rsquo;armatures et de trouver des solutions d&rsquo;assemblages afin de r\u00e9duire la densit\u00e9 de ferraillage permettant et de rendre constructible cette partie d&rsquo;ouvrage.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois toutes les barres d&rsquo;armatures et les inserts mod\u00e9lis\u00e9s, les tol\u00e9rances de positionnement requises soit par le process de l&rsquo;ouvrage soit afin que toutes les barres d&rsquo;armatures puissent \u00eatre mont\u00e9es entre elles n&rsquo;\u00e9taient que de l&rsquo;ordre de quelques millim\u00e8tres. Nous avons donc d\u00e9fini, toujours au travers de notre mod\u00e9lisation, des gabarits de positionnement tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cis de tous nos \u00e9l\u00e9ments : peignes pour les attentes entre les diff\u00e9rents b\u00e9tonnages, masques de positionnement des coupleurs des phases suivantes, gabarits de montage. Une fois mod\u00e9lis\u00e9s, la fabrication de ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments a \u00e9t\u00e9 facilit\u00e9e par l&#8217;emploi massif de la FAO (fabrication assist\u00e9e par ordinateur). Certains gabarits de montage sont susceptibles de porter des charges importantes avec des poids de platines allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 3 tonnes, c\u2019est pourquoi notre conception int\u00e8gre les notes de calcul de r\u00e9sistance et de d\u00e9formation.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>Les images ci-dessous montrent plusieurs parties de l&rsquo;ouvrage&#8230;
