Construction site: Delta Junction HS2 railway viaducts in Birmingham, UK

As part of the new High Speed 2 (HS2) high-speed line, we are starting a major project with the construction of a series of nearby railway viaducts of the city of Birmingham. High Speed 2 is a proposed high-speed line between London and the Midlands, the North of England and possibly later the Central Belt of Scotland. Start of our precast segment assembly activities at the Kingsbury yard, northeast of Birmingham. A total of 2,742 segments will be manufactured in this precast segments yard. They will then be spread over the Water Orton, River Tame and Coleshill viaducts. 14,000 tons of reinforcement will be assembled by our teams for these segments, with a peak rate of +/- 500 tons per month.
